The farmhouse
The stone and exposed brick farmhouse, in excellent condition, is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, the historic wine-making cellar comprises five rooms with direct access from the outside; in the basement, a ageing room and an 85-square-metre tool shed complete the building’s historic wine-making facilities. A 70-square-metre terrace enhances the upper floor.

The 3.5-hectare vineyard is trained using the spurred cordon method, fully fenced and in a single block: 5,000 square metres are registered under the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG designation, with the remaining area designated as high-quality IGT Toscano Sangiovese Grosso. The neatly arranged rows and the hillside location ensure a consistently high-quality yield. The remaining 3.5 hectares are divided between a park, an olive grove and a small woodland.
